Dr Tara Finucane
Dr Tara, a Limerick native, is a BDS hons graduate from University College Cork. She was awarded by the university the highest score achieved on direct observation of procedural skill (DOPS) during her training. She prides herself on attention to detail when treating patients.
Tara is known for her kind and empathetic nature and is rewarded by creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for children and adults.
Tara is interested in all areas of dentistry including providing root canal treatments, fillings, painless extractions and aesthetic dentistry, improving patient’s smiles with non invasive composite bonding.
Tara is an advocator for prevention of dental disease and ensures her patients have the skills to maintain their smile when leaving their appointment.
Outside of dentistry, Tara enjoys sea swimming, reading, cooking and writing.
